개인정보처리방침

재미아카이브(이하 "개발자")는 iOS 앱 Snoovy(이하 "앱")를 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 어떤 정보를 다루지 않는지 설명합니다.
요약: 앱은 회원가입이 없고, 서버도 없습니다. 사진은 아이폰 밖으로 나가지 않으며, 개발자는 앱을 통해 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 광고나 분석 도구, 추적 기능도 없습니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
앱은 개발자에게 개인정보를 전송하거나 수집하지 않습니다. 앱 안에서 이루어지는 모든 처리는 이용자의 기기 안에서만 일어납니다.
2. 사진 보관함 접근
앱은 사진을 한 장씩 보여주고, 이용자가 고른 대로 앨범에 담거나 삭제하기 위해 iOS 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 요청합니다.
- 사진과 앨범은 iOS가 제공하는 기능(PhotoKit)으로 기기 안에서만 읽고 변경합니다.
- 사진, 사진의 위치·날짜 등 메타데이터를 외부로 업로드하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
- 앱에서 삭제한 사진은 iOS의 정책에 따라 사진 앱의 '최근 삭제된 항목'으로 이동하며, 일정 기간 안에 복구할 수 있습니다.
- 권한은 언제든지 iOS 설정 > Snoovy > 사진에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
3. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
앱이 제대로 동작하기 위해 다음 정보를 이용자의 기기 안(앱 저장 공간)에만 저장합니다. 이 정보는 개발자에게 전송되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 이미 정리한 사진의 식별자와 정리한 시각 (다음에 같은 사진을 다시 보여주지 않고, 하루 무료 이용량을 세기 위해)
- 최근에 사용한 앨범의 순서
- 별점 요청 시점을 정하기 위한 사용 횟수
4. 결제
Snoovy Pro(평생 이용권) 결제는 Apple의 App Store를 통해 이루어집니다. 결제 수단, 이름, 주소 등 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하며 개발자는 이를 받거나 볼 수 없습니다. 앱은 구매 여부를 확인하기 위해 Apple이 기기에 제공하는 구매 기록만 확인합니다. 자세한 내용은 Apple 개인정보 처리방침을 참고해주세요.
5. 문의·피드백 메일
앱의 '문의 · 피드백 보내기'를 누르면 이용자의 메일 앱에서 메일 작성 창이 열립니다. 이용자가 직접 메일을 보낸 경우에만 다음 정보가 개발자에게 전달됩니다.
- 보내는 분의 이메일 주소와 메일 내용
- 문제 해결을 위해 메일에 자동으로 적히는 앱 버전, 기기 모델, iOS 버전, 기기 언어 (보내기 전에 직접 지울 수 있습니다)
이 정보는 문의에 답변하고 앱을 개선하는 데에만 사용하며, 문의 처리가 끝난 뒤 1년이 지나면 삭제합니다. 메일 수신에는 Google의 Gmail을 사용합니다.
6. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 광고, 분석, 추적을 위한 외부 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 아동을 포함한 누구로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 개발자에게 보낸 문의 메일의 열람, 정정, 삭제를 언제든지 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청해주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 기기에만 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 모두 지워집니다.

Privacy Policy

Funarchive ("we") makes the iOS app Snoovy (the "App"). This policy explains what the App does and does not do with your information.
In short: There's no sign-up and no server. Your photos never leave your iPhone, and we don't collect any personal data through the App. There are no ads, analytics, or tracking.
1. Data we collect
The App does not send any personal data to us. Everything the App does happens on your device.
2. Photo library access
The App asks for access to your photo library so it can show your photos one by one and add them to albums or delete them as you choose.
- Photos and albums are read and changed on your device only, through Apple's PhotoKit.
- Photos and their metadata (such as location or date) are never uploaded or sent anywhere.
- Photos you delete in the App move to "Recently Deleted" in the Photos app, as iOS normally does, and can be recovered there for a limited time.
- You can change this permission anytime in iOS Settings > Snoovy > Photos.
3. Data stored only on your device
To work properly, the App keeps the following in its own storage on your device. It is never sent to us and is removed when you delete the App.
- Identifiers of photos you've already sorted and when you sorted them (so they don't show up again, and to count the daily free limit)
- The order of albums you've used recently
- A usage count used to decide when to ask for a rating
4. Purchases
Snoovy Pro (lifetime unlock) is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles your payment details, name, and address; we never receive or see them. The App only checks the purchase records Apple provides on your device to know whether you own Pro. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
5. Support and feedback emails
Tapping "Contact & Feedback" opens a draft in your mail app. Only if you choose to send it, we receive:
- Your email address and your message
- The app version, device model, iOS version, and device language added to the draft to help us troubleshoot (you can remove them before sending)
We use this only to reply and improve the App, and delete it one year after your request is resolved. We use Google's Gmail to receive email.
6. Sharing
We don't share or sell your personal data to anyone. The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
7. Children
The App doesn't collect personal data from anyone, including children.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete any email you've sent us. Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App.
