이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 재미아카이브(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 iOS 앱 Snoovy(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

앱은 이용자의 아이폰 사진 보관함에 있는 사진을 한 장씩 보여주고, 이용자의 선택에 따라 사진을 삭제하거나 사진 앱의 앨범에 담고 옮기는 기능을 제공합니다.

제3조 (무료 이용과 Snoovy Pro)

• 무료로 이용할 때는 하루에 사진 30장까지 정리(삭제, PASS, 앨범에 담기)할 수 있습니다. 이 수는 이용자 기기의 날짜를 기준으로 매일 새로 계산됩니다.
• Snoovy Pro(평생 이용권)는 App Store를 통해 한 번 결제하는 상품으로, 구매하면 하루 정리 제한이 없어집니다. 구독이 아니며 추가 결제가 없습니다.
• 가격은 App Store 결제 화면에 표시된 금액을 따릅니다.
• Pro는 구매한 Apple 계정에 연결됩니다. 앱을 다시 설치하거나 기기를 바꾼 경우 같은 Apple 계정으로 '구매 복원'을 눌러 다시 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 개발자는 앱을 개선하면서 무료로 제공되는 기능의 범위를 바꿀 수 있습니다. 다만 이미 구매한 Pro의 '하루 정리 제한 없음' 혜택을 줄이지는 않습니다.

제4조 (결제와 환불)

결제와 환불은 Apple의 App Store 정책을 따릅니다. 환불은 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 Apple에 직접 요청할 수 있으며, 개발자는 결제 정보에 접근할 수 없어 직접 환불해 드릴 수 없습니다.

제5조 (사진 삭제와 이용자의 책임)

• 앱에서 내린 결정은 화면 아래 DONE(또는 '지금 삭제')을 눌러야 실제 사진 보관함에 반영되며, 삭제 전에는 iOS가 확인 창을 띄웁니다.
• 삭제한 사진은 iOS 정책에 따라 사진 앱의 '최근 삭제된 항목'으로 이동하고, 그곳에서 일정 기간 복구할 수 있습니다. 이 기간이 지나거나 '최근 삭제된 항목'에서 지운 사진은 복구할 수 없습니다.
• '앨범과 사진 모두 삭제' 등 삭제 기능은 이용자의 선택에 따라 실행됩니다. 중요한 사진은 iCloud 사진 등으로 따로 백업해두시기를 권장합니다.

제6조 (면책)

개발자는 앱이 안정적으로 동작하도록 노력하지만, 앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 이용자의 선택에 따라 사진이 삭제되거나 옮겨져 생긴 손해, iOS나 기기 문제로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 적용됩니다.

제7조 (Apple 표준 사용권 계약)

앱의 사용권에는 이 약관과 함께 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)이 적용됩니다. 둘이 서로 다를 때는 이 약관이 우선합니다. Apple은 앱 및 앱의 유지·지원에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제8조 (약관의 변경)

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 바뀐 약관이 시행된 뒤에도 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제9조 (준거법)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다.

Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Snoovy (the "App"), an iOS app made by Funarchive ("we"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. What the App does

The App shows photos from your iPhone photo library one at a time and, based on your choices, deletes them or adds and moves them into albums in the Photos app.

3. Free use and Snoovy Pro

• On the free plan you can sort (delete, PASS, or add to an album) up to 30 photos per day, reset daily based on your device's date.
• Snoovy Pro (lifetime unlock) is a one-time purchase through the App Store that removes the daily limit. It is not a subscription and there are no further charges.
• The price is the amount shown on the App Store payment sheet.
• Pro is tied to the Apple Account you bought it with. After reinstalling or switching devices, tap "Restore Purchases" with the same Apple Account to get it back.
• We may change which features are free as the App evolves, but we won't reduce the "no daily limit" benefit of Pro you've already purchased.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments and refunds follow Apple's App Store policies. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have access to payment details and can't issue refunds directly.

5. Deleting photos and your responsibility

• Your choices are applied to your photo library only when you tap DONE (or "Delete Now"), and iOS asks you to confirm before deleting.
• Deleted photos move to "Recently Deleted" in the Photos app, where iOS lets you recover them for a limited time. After that, or once removed from "Recently Deleted", they can't be recovered.
• Deletion features, including "Delete Album and Photos", run only when you choose them. We recommend backing up important photos, for example with iCloud Photos.

6. Disclaimer

We work to keep the App reliable, but it is provided "as is". Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses from photos deleted or moved by your choices, or from iOS or device issues, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Apple Standard EULA

Your license to use the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, these terms prevail. Apple is not responsible for the App or its maintenance and support.

8. Changes

If these terms change, we'll post the update and its effective date on this page. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
